Our key engineers, technicians have been trained by our JV partner, Sequel Technology Ltd at their facilities. We invest in various Training Programs to develop and upgrade skills of our engineers and technicians. Training plans for our employees are reviewed periodically with group heads and managers to ensure that key training needs are being met as far as possible. Our aim is to provide a culture in which all employees contribute to quality assurance, take responsibility, and display commitment to initiate corrective and preventive action in order to prevent recurring problems and mistakes during the repair process.

Repair TAT (Turn-Around-Time)
We repair and deliver the LCD panels after repairs within 3 to 5 working days. Repair delivery times can be further reduced by customer providing required parts / product information in advance.
Repair warranty
We provide warranty for labor repair rendered for all types of panels’ defects IW (In Warranty), OOW (out of warranty), CID (customer induced defects) etc. Every single panel repaired and returned to the customer is guaranteed to be fully functional and adhere to the Original Manufacturer Specifications and we further provide repair warranty as per prevailing business norms.
Highest Repair Yield
Our repair yield is much above the industry average. This emphasis on yield is the result of shortage of new replacement parts available from LCD manufacturers, which makes effective component salvage an essential part of any LCD panel repair strategy. Our high end equipment and process allows us to securely re-claim the parts from broken and irreparable panels.
